Our bold commitment to making sure no one is left behind—not in the winter cold, the summer heat, and the uncertainty of life’s hardest moments.
With Your Help We Will:
Build 20 Tiny Homes • $2M
We will build on our commitment to provide affordable housing and a path to home-ownership to low-income individuals.
Expand the Warming Center • $3.4M
We will retrofit the Scott Building to expand our capacity to provide safety and warmth for the growing need for the unhoused.
Provide a Community Center • $4M
We will rehabilitate Visitation Church on Cass Campus to create a to serve and enrich our community.
Grow an Endowment • $1M
The CCSS Endowment ensures a predictable, long-term funding source for vital programs and services.
Use Sustainable Energy • $1M
(Goal Reached)
These funds will be used to install sustainable, clean, solar power throughout the CCSS campus.
Have Unrestricted Funds • $1M
By providing a fund for sustaining and emerging needs, CCSS will be able to respond quickly to opportunities to serve outside of the annual operating budget.

Since 2002 We Have Helped 1,000’s of Families & Individuals
Tackling Food & Housing Insecurity
- Preparing and serving 700,000 meals each year
- 300 homeless individuals acquire shelter or permanent housing
- Cass’s Warming Center operates 24/7 and provides three meals a day
Providing Healthcare & Jobs
- Two free medical clinics
- Day program for 125 adults with developmental disabilities
- Provide jobs for 80 adults through its Green Industries initiatives
